We are looking for junior web developers who will be main implementers of one of our products. We are mainly using Google Web Toolkit, Java, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Linux.

We are looking for somebody with:

• Demonstrated 2+ years experience developing database-intensive web applications
• Ability to be up and running quickly and efficiently
• Knowledge of relevant Web 2.0 technologies
• Strong Java/JavaScript, HTML/CSS skills
• Experience with AJAX-style applications and ideally with tools such as GWT or JSF
• Experience developing under and using Linux
• Good command of SQL and database concepts
• Other skills (good to have): Spring, XML, RSS, Eclipse, Opensocial

Mobile Application Developer - Internship in Sydney, Australia or Wanaka, New Zealand

Are you a (future) software developer with experience developing applications for mobile devices? Do you want to work in an innovative, agile company where your talent is recognized?

We are looking for a talented developer who wants to work on developing the latest location based services. We have a position available either in Sydney/Australia or Wanaka/New Zealand. The role requires someone with experience developing applications for mobile devices, in particular developing for J2ME and iPhone or other mobile technologies such as Android and Blackberry. It would also be an advantage if you are familiar with AJAX-style applications, including the use of GWT and RESTful Webservices.

You will work closely with Product Management, Marketing and UI designers to deliver the best user experience for our mobile clients.

We have a strong technical focus, and believe in encouraging and coaching talented developers. You will receive exposure to all aspects of the software lifecycle, including mentoring in software design (Design patterns, UML etc), exposure to XP methods, and QA processes.

The role requires someone who:

• Has the ability to lead tasks throughout the project life cycle
